Huddle Picks Up Second National Title

Former Notre Dame standout Molly Huddle added the US 10 mile championship to her resume.

Molly Huddle won the women’s division in the 10 mile race at the 2009 Crim Festival of Races in Flint, Mich., crossing the line in 54:01. The 2009 Crim race was the national 10 mile championship for women. Huddle added to her win in the national 7 mile championship last month in Iowa.

Rounding out the podium was 2008 Olympian Magdalena Lewy Boulet (54:12) in second and Renee Metivier Baille (54:50) in third.

2. Magdalena Lewy Boulet – Oakland, CA – 54:12

3. Renee Metivier Baille – Flagstaff, AZ – 54:50

4. Sally Meyerhoff – Eugene, OR – 55:05

5. Kristen Nicolini Lehmkuhle – Minneapolis, MN – 55:50
