Are 2:05 marathons now commonplace?
Ethiopian Tsegaye Kebede’s winning time at Sunday’s Fukuoka Japan was a personal best by two seconds, but as fast as it was, it did not move him any higher in the all-time list of marathon performances. Four other runners broke the 2:10 mark behind the defending race champion, who should make himself a threat in of the the spring World Marathon Majors (Boston and London).
