TrainingPeaks offers training data storage and analysis.

Lafayette, CO, December 16, 2009 – Peaksware announces the release of an all-new Version 3.0 of TrainingPeaks WKO+, the industry-leading workout data and power analysis software for endurance athletes. In addition to more flexible licensing, WKO+ v. 3.0 features Multi-File/Range Analysis, unlimited athlete profiles, Quadrant Analysis, Scatter Graphs, and seamless data transfer with TrainingPeaks.com for secure online data storage.

“WKO+ v. 3.0 offers significantly improved functionality to both athletes and coaches,” said Donavon Guyot, CEO of Peaksware. “Seamless data transfer between online and desktop software, as well as enhanced data analysis features within the WKO+ v. 3.0 software itself, combine to create a product that is truly the gold standard for workout data tracking and analysis.”

Multi-File/Range Analysis allows athletes to compare ranges within the same workout, across multiple workouts, and with an unlimited number of other athletes by using the new unlimited athlete profile feature. The new Quadrant Analysis and Scatter Graph charts include workout analysis features never before integrated within WKO+ software. Flexible licensing allows installation of the software on two different computers, and permits the option to activate or deactivate as needed.

“If you own a power meter, heart rate monitor or GPS unit, then you owe it to yourself to make the most of the information you get from your workouts, and WKO+ v. 3.0 helps you do just that,” says Hunter Allen, author of Training and Racing with a Power Meter. “With new tools in version 3.0 like Quadrant Analysis, Multi-File/Range Analysis, and easy data transfer between TrainingPeaks.com and WKO+, athletes will have the data to help themselves become faster and coaches will have the tools to coach better than ever before.”

The free TrainingPeaks.com account included with every WKO+ v. 3.0 license provides for not only free online data storage, but also for added online training features like building routes, sharing workouts on Facebook and Twitter, recording nutrition, and getting expert advice from a coach or a training plan.

Free trials of WKO+ v.3.0 are available at www.TrainingPeaks.com/WKO where the software is available for $129. Owners of previous versions of WKO+ can upgrade for half price.
