Competitor.com’s Matt Fitzgerald had the opportunity to chat with three-time London Marathon champion Martin Lel while at the 2010 Rock ‘n’ Roll Mardi Gras Health and Fitness Expo. Lel is hoping to rebound from a disappointing 2009 and win another world marathon major title in 2010.
