The Solution is a versatile training shoe with a roomy toe box and snug midfoot. Testers noted that the shoe felt a tad higher in profile but one found it had ample cushioning and stability for long runs. The medial support and midfoot motion control elements combined to give the shoe a dampened rather than cushioned ride.
