2010 Summer Shoe Guide Homepage

The Musha 2, like its predecessor, is a unique pairing of weightlessness with support, underfoot protection and cushioning—a mix that serves up a rather stable racing flat. We recommend it for racing half or full marathons, even for runners needing moderate motion control, although we suggest wearing socks because the upper overlays could lead to blisters. The upper has the snug fit of a racing shoe and was awarded props for being light and flexible, while the midsole technologies make it more forgiving than a standard flat.
