Check out these great shots of Friday night’s IAAF Diamond League meeting in Paris, where a host of world-leading and meet-record performances were posted, including David Oliver’s American record in the 110 hurdles, Russia’s Anna Alminova 3:57 win in the women’s 1,500 meters and Kenya’s Brimin Kipruto’s 8-flat triumph in the men’s steeplechase. And while it wasn’t the fastest time in the world, Jamaican sprint sensation came from behind in the men’s 100 meters to post a winning time of 9.84 seconds, upending his countryman Asafa Powell.
