    Last week, Competitor.com’s Mario Fraioli and Matt Fitzgerald traveled to Flagstaff, Arizona to spend a day with reigning U.S. 20K champion Brett Gotcher and his teammates from the McMillan Elite-Team USA Arizona training group. Check out this photo gallery from last Wednesday morning’s workout at Buffalo Park (7,175 feet above sea level), where Gotcher and his training partners Nick Arciniaga, 2:11:47 marathoner, and Fasil Bizuneh, runner-up at the 2007 U.S. Half Marathon Championships, completed a 10-mile steady state run in preparation for the fall road racing season.
