ASICS is one of a handful of running manufacturers that gets it when it comes to not messing up a good thing. The Nimbus 12 won’t upset Nimbus fans because the changes are moderate and, according to our testers, the shoe retains the bouncy cushioning and dependable and secure ride it’s been known to have. This shoe features a new guidance system for gait efficiency, and lacing alignment that pleases at least one tester who really likes how the laces curve across the top of the foot. “It makes the shoe feel like it is lacing up more naturally across the foot.”
