Here’s your chance to “Ask an Expert” in person! Stop by the ING Direct Café (corner of 17th and Walnut) on Saturday, September 18th from 2-4 pm to meet Web Producer and resident running expert, Mario Fraioli.

Mario, a former cross-country All-American at Stonehill College with personal bests ranging from 4:09 in the mile to 2:28 in the marathon, is a respected running coach and widely published expert on training, injury prevention and equipment. He will take willing runners on a 3-mile run beforehand and return to answer all of your most burning running questions.

Mario Fraioli is a senior editor at Competitor magazine. A cross-country All-American at Stonehill College in 2003, he now coaches the Prado Women's Racing Team in San Diego and was the men's marathon coach for Costa Rica's 2012 Olympic team. His first book, The Official Rock 'n' Roll Guide To Marathon & Half-Marathon Training (VeloPress, 2013) is available in bookstores, running shops and online.
