2010 Fall Running Shoe Review Homepage

The Avi-Quest Lite falls into the “heavy lightweight” category that fits in the gap separating racing and training shoes. Our testers recommend the neutral yet stable, shock-attenuating sole. This shoe is for runners seeking a snug-fitting trainer with ample toe room that is wide-foot friendly with a flexible forefoot, and yet it has a firm enough midsole that it didn’t get pounded out over the miles.
