For a distance trainer with moderate guidance, the Wave Alchemy 10 is a foot-friendly choice, especially because of the modified flexible and lower-volume fit in this newest version. Our testers appreciate the “slipper-like” comfort and “foot hugging” security of the upper while the new midsole/outsole configuration provides “the correct amount of stability” that is only enhanced by Mizuno’s non-intrusive Wave stabilizing technology. If you are an Alchemy follower, you won’t be disappointed in this update because the revisions are quite minimal and have our testers’ approval.
