TRX Monday Minute: Hamstring Curls

Top triathlete Chris Lieto and his coach Matt Dixon utilize the TRX suspension trainer to show us the hamstring curl, an excellent lower body exercise for endurance athletes that helps to strengthen the hamstrings, hold stability and maintain core strength.
