Photo Gallery: 2010 Footlocker High School Cross Country Championships

It was an ideal day for racing at Balboa Park’s Morley Field in San Diego for the 2010 Footlocker High School Cross Country National Championships. On the boys side, it was junior Lukas Verzbikas of Orland Hills, Illinois who broke the tape in 14:59 to win his second-straight national title. In the girls race, senior Aisling Cuffe from Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York made her decisive move mid-race and was never challenged as she won in 16:53– 34 seconds up on second-place finisher Rachel Johnson of Plano, Texas.
