2010 Winter Running Shoe Review

With a true “Saucony fit,” the Paramount held testers snugly in the heel and midfoot while providing plenty of space in the forefoot. The newest version of the Paramount is an excellent long-run training shoe that the test team felt was comfortable with outstanding out-of-the-box flexibility. Although more shoe than light-footed runners are likely to want or need, the Paramount packs in admirable support, cushioning, structure and everyday dependability for an all-purpose trainer, especially for bigger people who want a little more in their shoes.
