We caught up with the UltraMarathon Man about 400 miles into his cross-country trek.

Dean Karnazes is in the midst of another legendary running journey, this time for a great charity called Action For Healthy Kids. In conjunction with LIVE with Regis and Kelly, Dean is running 40-50 miles a day and making his way 3,000 miles across the country in his Run Across America to inspire Americans to get up, get active and get healthy. If all goes according to plan, he will finish in New York City at Live With Regis & Kelly on May 11. We caught up to the Ultramarathon Man after his first nine days on the road where he covered over 400 miles. You can follow Dean at Click on the image below to listen to the full interview!
