We caught up with American 10,000m record holder Chris Solinsky earlier this year in San Diego at the Endurance Live Awards Gala. Check out the video below as Solinsky discusses his preparations for the world championships in August and next summer’s Olympic Games.

A cross-country All-American at Stonehill College in 2003, he now coaches the Prado Women's Racing Team in San Diego and was the men's marathon coach for Costa Rica's 2012 Olympic team.
