Before taking on this year’s ING New York Marathon, Ryan Sutter trained with professional distance runner and Olympian Dathan Ritzenhein. In this video Dathan shows Ryan how to warm up his muscles and improve the efficiency of his running form using dynamic flexibility movements and form drills.
