The lightweight shoe is designed for all athletes.
Adidas has launched the 6.7-ounce adizero Feather 2, one of adidas’ lightest running shoes. Currently worn by Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller and Buffalo Bills running back C.J. Spiller as an off-season training shoe, the Feather 2 features a SprintFrame to reduce shoe weight, torsion technology for freedom of motion, and a SprintWeb construction for breathability.
“Every athlete knows the importance of running to get faster for their sport and the adizero Feather 2, one of the lightest running shoes on the market, will take their training to the next level,” said Mikal Peveto, director of running for adidas America. “What excites us most is the tremendous response we’ve already seen from athletes across the board – from running to football to soccer. This is more than just a shoe for runners; it’s a shoe for the athlete who wants to reach higher, jump further and be faster.”
The adizero Feather 2 will be available early July for $115 in eight colorways.
