Video: Olympian Michael Aish Set For Leadville

The marathoner turned ultrarunner is ready for his first 100 miler.
Two-time New Zealand Olympian Michael Aish has a goal to compete in the Leadville 100, a 100-mile foot race in the mountains of Colorado, which gets underway this weekend. This series documents Aish’s first ultramarathon, the Leadville 50 qualifier, and his ultimate and untested goal, the Leadville 100. Follow Mike as he seeks advice from experienced mentors and overcomes the route’s infamous Hope Pass, set at 12,600 feet elevation.
