In this video, Tim Crowley and friends demonstrate the One Arm, One Leg Cable Row, an excellent strength training exercise for endurance athletes that develops balance and stability. This maneuver works the back muscles and also engages the glutes, hips, core and all the muscles around the ankle that need to work hard to maintain a stable base.
