Race Schedule (All times ET)
9:00 a.m. — Mobility Impaired
9:17 a.m. — Wheelchair Division
9:22 a.m. — Hand Cycles
9:32 a.m. — Elite Women
10:00 a.m. — Elite Men and Wave 1
10:20 a.m. — Wave 2
10:40 a.m. — Wave 3
Online: The race will be streamed live online free of charge through the BAA website at 9:30 a.m.
TV: The Boston Marathon will be broadcast live on Universal Sports Network beginning at 9:30 a.m. A pre-race show begins at 9 a.m. and several pre-race shows will be held throughout the day. Boston CBS affiliate WBZ (Ch. 4) will broadcast the race locally in the greater Boston area, with a pre-race show beginning at 8 a.m.
As of Sunday evening, the forecast for Monday morning is calling for cloudy and cool weather with a slight breeze and no precipitation. Temperatures are expected to be in the mid-40s by 9 a.m. in Hopkinton and 50 degrees by 1 p.m. in Boston.
