A New Take On Running: Joggling

Joggling is exactly what it sounds like: jogging and juggling at the same time. Joggling. We first came across this phenomenal hobby/sport at the America’s Finest City Half Marathon in San Diego (above), while waiting for a friend to cross the finish line. Barefoot joggling=next level.

Apparently, this circus-like sport has been around for some time (since Ancient Greece), and Youtube has a plethora of Joggling record-breaking videos that will blow your mind. Here are a few facts about joggling:

Joggling is an international sport and, in the U.S., there are 800 joggling athletes. ISJF stands for the International Sport Joggling Federation. Really, it’s a thing.

The record for the fastest 800m while juggling is 2:13.24.

You’ve gone too far. Turn back now! Do not attempt to joggle with seven balls!
