A few members of Competitor‘s editorial team are putting our money where our mouths are this month and jumping into 2014 with a 30-day fitness challenge. The goal: at least 30 minutes of meaningful, purpose-driven activity every day for 30 days straight. We officially kicked things off on Tuesday, Jan. 7, and will be documenting our progress, triumphs and challenges here daily as a way to motivate our readers—and each other—to develop good habits and a consistent workout routine as we begin to go after our goals in 2014.
