Mario Fraioli, Senior Editor: Woke up feeling a little stuffed up, but fine enough to run, so I joined a couple of my new friends at 6 AM for a little jaunt in the dark. We covered about 6 miles and called it good for the morning. In the evening I went to the gym with my wife and did a version of this strength training routine.
Caitlyn Pilkington, Associate Editor: I can thank my roommate for getting me up this morning and on the machines for 30 minutes. As a reward, I made her do bicycles with me. Three more days until I’m running again!
Jason Devaney, Associate Web Editor: It was back to the weight room Wednesday night for me. I’ve got a bunch of deadlines approaching for work but I was able to sneak out and get in a one-hour strength workout. I’m starting to increase my weights a bit more as I get stronger.
Allison Pattillo, Contributing Editor: Snow is in the forecast, so I took advantage of the clear weather and went for a 45-minute run. My legs felt a little heavy, but I had a blast.
