Photos: 2014 New York City Marathon

On a windy, chilly day in New York City, 50,881 runners took the streets to run the New York City Marathon. The first to the finish line was Wilson Kipsang, who outsprinted Lelisa Desisa and took first place in a time of 2:10:55. On the women’s side, Mary Keitany won the closest women’s race in the history of the New York City Marathon, beating Jemima Sumgong by three seconds in a time of 2:25:07.
