Turns out running isn’t the only way to exercise on a treadmill.
Last week actor, choreographer and dancer Carson Dean appeared on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” to perform the treadmill dance that went viral on YouTube earlier this month. Dean explains to DeGeneres that he accidentally uploaded and shared the video on his public Facebook page when he meant to only share it with friends and family. The video of him dancing on a treadmill to “Uptown Funk” by Mark Ronson featuring Bruno Mars went viral overnight and has reached almost 7 million views up to date. Although he keeps the treadmill speed at 2.5, Dean’s moves are certainly impressive and not as easy to execute as it seems. It’s one way to practice some speedy footwork.
