Todd Williams Bio:
Todd Williams is native of Detroit, Michigan and attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Williams graduated from Tennessee in 1991 with multiple top-three national finishes on the track and in cross country, and PRs of 13:41 (5000m) and 28:18 (10,000m). Immediately after leaving college Williams broke out to win the USATF cross country title, his first of two championships in that discipline. Over his career he would compile four US 10,000m titles on the track, a 10th-place finish at the 1992 Olympics in the 10,000m, and a 9th-place finish at the World Cross Country Championships in 1995, and he still holds the American record in the 15K (42:22), which he set at the 1995 Gate River Run. Williams holds career PRs of 13:19.5 (5000m), 27:31.24 (10,000m) and 2:11:17 (marathon). Todd retired from the sport in 2003 and now resides in Jacksonville, Florida with his wife Stephanie and two daughters.
Juli Henner Bio:
Juli Henner is a native of El Paso, Texas and attended James Madison University (BA-’92, MS-’96), where she was a two-time NCAA All-American in the 1500m. Henner went on to represent the US at the 1996 Olympics in the 1500m and was ranked in the top 10 in the event from 1994-97. She retired in 2000 with PRs of 2:00.80 (800m) and 4:06.68 (1500m). Henner has coached at James Madison, Georgetown and George Mason universities and is currently head cross country and assistant track and field coach at the Air Force Academy. She has also been named the coach to US national teams that have competed in world track and field and cross country championships. Henner has been the personal coach to three-time Canadian Olympic 1500m runner Kevin Sullivan and former US indoor 1500m champion Chris Lukezic. She now resides in Colorado.
